Simple exercise may ease hip arthritis pain without surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether modified clamshell exercises can reduce pain and improve hip movement in people with Grade II hip osteoarthritis. 54 adults aged 45-60 will be split into three groups: one doing standard clamshell exercises, one doing modified clamshell exercises, and one doing only conventional exercises. Pain, range of motion, and daily function will be measured over 12 weeks to find the most effective approach.
