First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether modified clamshell exercises can help people with grade II hip osteoarthritis feel less pain and move better. 54 adults aged 45 to 60 will be split into three groups: one does standard clamshell exercises, one does modified clamshell exercises, and one does only regular physical therapy. Researchers will measure pain, hip motion, and daily function over 12 weeks to find the most effective approach.
