First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tested whether modified Cawthorne-Cooksey exercises (a series of head and eye movements) could improve neck awareness and daily function in 54 adults aged 30-45 with long-term neck pain from cervical radiculopathy. Participants had mild to moderate neck disability and dizziness for at least 3 months. The exercises aim to retrain the brain's sense of neck position, potentially reducing pain and improving movement.
