Summary
This study tests a new cancer vaccine called Modi-1 in 168 people with advanced breast, head & neck, ovarian, or kidney cancer. The vaccine is designed to help the immune system recognize and attack cancer cells. Some participants will receive the vaccine alone, while others will get it together with standard immunotherapy drugs. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe and can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth.
