Summary
This study tested whether using a computer model to adjust doses of two diabetes and nerve pain drugs (sitagliptin and duloxetine) works better in patients with liver cirrhosis. 64 adults with cirrhosis, diabetes, and nerve pain took part. The goal was to improve blood sugar control and reduce pain while monitoring side effects. The approach aims to make treatment safer and more effective for this complex group.
