Summary
This study tested a new drug called modakafusp alfa, alone or with pembrolizumab, in 45 adults with advanced solid tumors or melanoma that couldn't be removed by surgery. The main goals were to check safety and find the best dose. The study was terminated early, so results are limited, but it aimed to control the disease rather than cure it.
