Summary
This study tests a drug called Mobithron Advance in 84 adults aged 50 and older with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis. Participants take the drug or a placebo daily for one year to see if it can slow cartilage loss and reduce pain. The goal is to find a safe treatment that helps control the disease and improve knee function.
