First seen Jun 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a four-week program of gentle mobilization exercises could improve balance and postural control in orchestra musicians. Twenty-three musicians participated, doing exercises like cat-camel stretches and foam rolling either once or twice a week. The goal was to see if these exercises could help counteract the effects of long hours playing in awkward positions.
