Mobile vans bring HIV prevention shots to LA's homeless

NCT ID NCT07467018

Summary

This study is testing a new way to deliver a long-acting HIV prevention injection called lenacapavir. It will be offered from mobile health vans to 100 people in Los Angeles County who are experiencing homelessness or unstable housing. The main goals are to see how many people start the medication, how many stay on it for a year, and whether this mobile delivery model is practical and sustainable.
