Summary
This study tested a mobile self-management program that combines positive psychology and behavioral activation to help young adults (ages 19-34) reduce stress. Over 200 participants used the app for 8 weeks and completed surveys on stress, depression, and anxiety. The goal was to see if the program could lower stress levels and improve mental well-being compared to a wait-list group.
