Summary

This study tests whether tracking smartphone activity and offering extra support from peer specialists can help veterans with serious mental illness avoid emergency room visits and hospital stays. About 400 veterans who are at high risk will take part. The goal is to catch early signs of trouble and connect them to care before a crisis happens.
