Summary
This study tested a new way to find people exposed to tuberculosis (TB) in Cali, Colombia. Instead of relying only on in-person visits, researchers used a mobile health chatbot and at-home oral sample collection. The goal was to see if this approach was practical and acceptable for contact tracing. The study involved 269 participants and focused on measuring how many people used the chatbot and successfully provided an oral sample.
