Summary
This study tested whether a mobile health app could help people with asthma track their symptoms more easily. 83 participants, including pregnant and non-pregnant people, used a Bluetooth-connected peak flow meter to send their lung function readings to their doctors. The goal was to see if this approach was practical and useful for improving asthma care.
