First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tested whether a mobile health exercise program called EL-FIT is practical, safe, and acceptable for people with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), a type of liver disease. Seventeen adults with NASH took part. The main goal was to see if at least half of them would complete more than half of the prescribed exercise sessions. The study did not test if the program improves health, only if people would use it.
