Summary
This study tests whether a mobile-assisted program can help adults in Singapore quit smoking. About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to receive the mobile intervention or standard care, and will be followed for 6 months. The goal is to see if the approach is feasible and acceptable, and whether it leads to higher quit rates.
