First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether a mobile-assisted program can help adults in Singapore quit smoking. One hundred smokers aged 21-80 will be randomly assigned to either the mobile intervention or a control group. Researchers will track how many people join, stay in the study, and successfully quit, using breath or saliva tests to confirm abstinence. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and effective in a community setting.
