Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app could help reduce obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors in teenagers aged 15-18. 94 teens used the app for 14 days to see if it could lower their OCD symptoms and improve their self-esteem. The goal was to see if a simple, accessible tool could provide mental health support outside of traditional therapy.
