Can a phone app ease teen OCD?
NCT ID NCT06033391
Summary
This study tested whether a 14-day mobile app program could help reduce obsessive-compulsive symptoms and unhelpful thinking patterns in teenagers aged 15-18. Researchers compared 94 non-clinical teens using the app to a control group. The goal was to see if the app could lower OCD-related distress and potentially boost self-esteem.
