Inclusion Criteria: * PUKI total score above 5 * Individuals with internet access * Owning an Android or iOS phone * Those who are open to communication and collaboration Exclusion Criteria: * Individuals with a psychiatric diagnosis and use of psychiatric medications, according to ASM records, * who sleep less than four hours a day, who consume more than four cups of coffee a day * who have hearing or balance problems (orthopedic or neurological) will not be included in the study.
