Summary
This study is testing a new mobile app designed to help adults in Vietnam who have advanced chronic kidney disease better manage their symptoms. The app will allow 60 participants to track their symptoms and learn strategies to handle them over a 6-week period. The main goal is to see if the app is easy to use and acceptable to patients, while also checking if it might help improve their symptoms and quality of life.
