Summary
This study is testing a new mobile app designed to help adults in Vietnam with advanced chronic kidney disease better manage their symptoms. The app will allow 60 participants to track their symptoms and learn strategies to cope with them over 6 weeks. The main goal is to see if the app is easy to use and acceptable to patients, and if it might help improve their symptoms and quality of life.
