Summary
This study looks at whether a mobile app can help adults on hemodialysis stick to their medication, diet, and fluid limits, and better manage symptoms like fatigue, pain, and itching. About 72 patients will be split into two groups: one uses the app plus standard care, the other gets standard care alone. Researchers will check changes in treatment adherence, symptom burden, and lab results over two months.
