App aims to bring healthier food to Baltimore's corner stores

This study tested a mobile app designed to help small corner stores in low-income Baltimore neighborhoods buy and sell more healthy foods and drinks. Researchers worked with 38 stores and about 310 regular customers to see if the app improved the availability and sales of healthier options.
