New app aims to ease the burden for dementia caregivers

Summary
This study developed and tested a mobile app to help people caring for a loved one with dementia. 59 caregivers in Singapore used the app for one month or were placed on a waiting list. The goal was to see if the app could reduce feelings of depression and burden, and improve knowledge and well-being.
