Summary
This study developed and tested a mobile app designed to help people caring for family members with dementia. The app aimed to reduce feelings of depression, anxiety, and burden while improving caregivers' knowledge and coping skills. Researchers worked with 59 caregivers in Singapore to design the app and then tested it for one month against a waitlist group.
