Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app could help women with early breast cancer follow their recommended treatment plan and feel better. Over 500 women used either the app (which gave reminders, tips, and a way to talk to their care team) or standard follow-up. The goal was to see if the app improved how well patients stuck to their therapy and their overall quality of life.
