Summary
This study tested whether a special mobile phone app could help patients recover after breast cancer surgery. The app provided information, exercises, and tools to help manage symptoms like arm swelling (lymphedema) and track healing. Researchers compared the recovery and quality of life of 60 patients who used the app to those who received standard care.
