Summary
This research aims to create a national picture of how care is coordinated for people with Motor Neuron Disease (MND) in the UK. It will involve focus groups and observations with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to understand how care moves between specialist clinics and local community services. The goal is to identify the main barriers and helpful factors in delivering coordinated MND care across the country.
