Summary
This study aims to understand how care is coordinated for people with Motor Neuron Disease (MND) in the UK. Researchers will talk to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to identify what helps and what hinders good communication between specialist clinics and local community services. The goal is to create a national picture of MND care to find ways to make it work better for everyone involved.
