New drug MK-4716 targets tough KRAS cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called MK-4716, alone or combined with other treatments, in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have a KRAS mutation. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and how well people tolerate it. About 250 participants will take part to help find better ways to control these hard-to-treat cancers.
