Summary
This study tested whether adding an experimental drug (MK-1454) directly into tumors, along with the immunotherapy pembrolizumab, works better than pembrolizumab alone for adults with advanced head and neck cancer that has spread or cannot be removed. 18 participants were enrolled. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors more effectively. The study is complete, and results help guide future research.
