Summary
This study tested a 12-week school physical education program for 40 rural left-behind children (ages 12-13). The program mixed cooperative games with soccer and basketball to improve mental health and physical fitness. Researchers measured changes in psychological well-being and fitness before and after the program to see if this approach could help these vulnerable kids.
