NCT ID NCT06223555

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study looks at two ways of giving a meal test to healthy adults to measure blood sugar changes. One method gives everyone the same number of calories, while the other adjusts the calories based on a person's body size. The goal is to find out which method produces more consistent results, which will help improve future research on metabolism and obesity. About 79 healthy volunteers aged 18 and older will participate.
