Summary
This study is testing whether MitoQ, a nutritional supplement that acts as an antioxidant, can improve blood vessel function in pregnant women with preeclampsia. Researchers will enroll 80 women with preeclampsia to see if MitoQ helps restore healthy blood flow, improves placenta function, and allows pregnancy to continue longer. The goal is to find a new treatment option for this serious pregnancy complication that currently has limited treatment choices.
