Summary

This study tests whether MitoQ, a mitochondrial antioxidant, can improve blood vessel function in pregnant people with preeclampsia, a serious condition that can harm both mother and baby. Researchers will measure blood vessel health in the arm, skin, and placenta. The goal is to see if MitoQ can help manage the disease and prolong pregnancy. The study is recruiting 80 participants with severe preeclampsia.
