Summary
This study is a large registry that will follow 2,000 men aged 40 and older who are receiving minimally invasive treatments for an enlarged prostate (BPH). The goal is to track how well these procedures improve urinary symptoms, quality of life, and sexual function over up to 6 years. No new treatments are being tested—instead, researchers will collect real-world data to help doctors and patients choose the best option.
