Summary
This study tested a program called MISSION-CJ for homeless veterans who have both substance use and mental health disorders and have been involved with the criminal justice system. The goal was to see if the program could reduce arrests and improve housing, employment, and overall well-being. A total of 134 veterans took part in the study.
