First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study surveyed 596 people in France who were recently diagnosed with HIV to find out why they didn't use PrEP, a medication that prevents HIV. Researchers asked about risky behaviors and whether participants were eligible for PrEP at the time of infection. The goal is to improve access and awareness so fewer people get HIV in the future.
