Summary

This study surveyed 596 people in France who were newly diagnosed with HIV. The goal was to find out why they did not use pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), a medicine that prevents HIV infection. By understanding these missed opportunities, researchers hope to improve how PrEP is offered and used.
