First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 15-minute brisk walk can help young adults with type 1 diabetes control their blood sugar when they forget to take insulin before a meal. Participants will take insulin after eating and then walk to see if it prevents high blood sugar. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to handle common insulin timing mistakes.
