First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 15-minute brisk walk can help people with type 1 diabetes manage high blood sugar when they forget to take their insulin before a meal. Researchers will ask 30 adults aged 18-24 to take their insulin after eating and then walk. The goal is to see if walking prevents or reduces high blood sugar spikes.
