Summary
This study looked at whether taking misoprostol under the tongue before surgery helps women with a uterine niche (a pocket in the C-section scar) that causes long, heavy periods and spotting. 56 women who had at least one C-section and had abnormal bleeding for 3+ months took part. The goal was to see if the medicine made the surgery safer and more effective at reducing bleeding days.
