Summary

This study looked at whether giving a medicine called misoprostol under the tongue before surgery helps women with a uterine scar problem (niche) after a C-section. The surgery aims to reduce abnormal bleeding and spotting. Fifty-six women took part, and the researchers measured bleeding days and pain before and after the procedure.
