New knee implant takes on arthritis pain in head-to-head trial

Summary
This study compares a new device called the MISHA Knee System to non-surgical treatments for people with knee osteoarthritis that hasn't improved with other therapies. About 100 adults with pain on the inner side of the knee will be randomly assigned to receive either the implant or continue with non-surgical care. The goal is to see if the device provides better pain relief and knee function after six months.
