New knee implant takes on arthritis pain without surgery

Summary
This study tests a device called the MISHA Knee System to see if it reduces pain and improves function in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 100 adults who have not gotten relief from non-surgical treatments will be randomly assigned to receive the implant or continue with non-surgical care. The main goal is to measure pain and function changes after 6 months.
