Cord blood stem cells aim to repair hearts after attack

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called MiSaver, made from umbilical cord blood cells, for people who recently had a heart attack. The goal is to see if it safely improves heart function compared to standard care. About 102 participants will receive either MiSaver or usual treatment, and researchers will monitor heart health and side effects for 12 months.
