Summary
This study tested whether repeated positive mirror exposure can help female university students with disordered eating feel better about their bodies and emotions. 75 participants completed guided sessions focusing on neutral or positive aspects of their appearance. Researchers measured changes in body image and mood before and after the intervention to see if this simple technique could reduce distress.
