Summary

This study tests a wound dressing called Miro3D, made from pig liver tissue, to help heal hard-to-treat wounds like diabetic foot ulcers and pressure sores. Up to 20 adults will receive the dressing along with standard care for up to 12 weeks. The goal is to see if it helps wounds close faster and improves quality of life.
