First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether mirikizumab can heal deep intestinal damage in people with Crohn's disease. The goal is to see if the treatment reduces inflammation enough to improve both symptoms and tissue healing.
