NCT ID NCT05677919
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, pirtobrutinib and venetoclax, for people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). The treatment length is guided by a sensitive blood test that looks for leftover cancer cells (minimal residual disease). The goal is to see if this approach can make the cancer undetectable in the blood and bone marrow. About 72 adults are taking part in this phase 2 trial.
