NCT ID NCT05621616

First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study tests a liquid form of mirabegron, a drug already approved for older children and adults, in children aged 6 months to 3 years who have bladder problems due to nerve damage (neurogenic detrusor overactivity). The goal is to see if the drug helps the bladder hold more urine safely, reducing leakage and pressure. Seven children will receive a daily dose for up to a year, with careful monitoring of safety and bladder function.
